What areas do you serve as a Denver photographer? Do you travel for Colorado backcountry or out-of-state shoots?
I’m based in Denver but often head into the Colorado backcountry. I do travel for shoots—if a session exceeds two hours of drive time, I simply ask for gas coverage. Out-of-state trips can be arranged with travel costs covered.
How do booking, contracts—and what’s your reschedule/cancellation policy for weather or wildfire conditions?
A 50% retainer secures your date, with the remaining 50% due on delivery. Client rights are respected, and I reserve the option to feature select work in my portfolio. Rescheduling is welcome, but cancellations forfeit the retainer. Notice under 24 hours may delay rescheduling.
Do you deliver RAW files or unedited images? Why or why not?
I don’t deliver RAW files—unedited images are like unfinished canvases. My editing process ensures each photo reflects the full experience: true-to-life color, polished tones, and storytelling impact that unprocessed files simply don’t capture.
What image licensing/usage rights come with commercial brand or outfitter shoots—can we use images in ads, catalogs, and paid social?
Yes—commercial packages include licensing for digital, print, and paid use. Outfitters and outdoor brands can confidently use images across websites, catalogs, ads, and social media, giving you versatile assets ready for campaigns.
Can you help with location scouting, permits, model/property releases, and shot lists for commercial campaigns?
Absolutely. I regularly assist with scouting remote locations, securing permits, and organizing releases. I also help build detailed shot lists to ensure we capture both the creative vision and the practical assets you need for your brand.
For logo, branding, and illustration projects: how many revision rounds are included, who owns the final artwork, and what license do we receive?
Most packages include 2–3 revision rounds to refine your vision. Once the project is complete and paid in full, you own the final artwork. You’ll receive commercial licensing, giving you full rights to use the designs across print, digital, and branded merchandise.
